WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO RUSSIA.

FREE SHIPPING TO THE U.S AND CANADA ON ORDERS OVER $70 USD
Applies when order subtotal is over $70 USD or more for physical products. (2 T-shirts or more)

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take longer.

Estimated Shipping Times
Canada & USA: 2-10 business days
International: 5-15 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and package weight.

Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, we collect duties and import taxes at checkout. For EU countries and any others that apply - we do not charge VAT at checkout. Customers in the EU or applicable countries may be required to pay VAT, additional customs fees, or additional import duties upon delivery depending on your country's regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we work with reliable carriers, delays or lost packages may occur. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at dwd@dancewithdeathstudios.com for assistance, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
